SPIOT is one of the famous institute in Baramati Taluka has proven that students of our institute are selected in various industries like Bharat Forge, Cummins India, Bharat Gear, Bajaj Auto, Piaggio Vehicles, Varroc  Engineering, Om V sab IT Solution, Robert Shaw Control, Sigma Electrical, Someshwar Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana and many more. We have a separate TPO cell who arranges campus interview for students to get a job. And also arranges Entrepreneur training for students to   improve   interview skill, self development, etc.
 The industry is always focused on students to be hard working, sincere, energetic, ready to accept challenges, good academic result, quick learner & good communication skills. We are giving knowledge to improve skills with an aptitude test and gather information about job fair. Our department is also organized pre-placement training, workshop and seminars for students from various department experts to increase the number of students selections in various  industries.
