Discipline & Rules of our polytechnic:

• Uniform and Identity card as prescribed by the institute is compulsory for all the students.
• As specified in MSBTE rule RG-4D (i), minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for each subject. Student having attendance less than 75% may also leads to Detention and He is not be eligible for MSBTE Theory/ Practical Exam.
• Every student must complete prescribed term work as per the completion schedule fixed by the institute. No any medical as well as other reason will be considered.
• Periodic tests are compulsory and conducted as prescribed in the curriculum. Marks secured by candidate in these regular tests are considered for sessional marks.
• Students must be punctual in attending theory lectures & practical’s
• Students should not be absent for lectures, tutorials, practical, and examinations without written permission of the HOD
• In case the attendance of a student falls short by not more than 10% due to his/her own illness (duly certified by a registered medical practitioner) then only the head of the institute permit the candidate to appear for examination,
• In case student is absent for more than 3 days they need to submit medical certificate to the class teacher with duly signed application from the respective HOD.
• Student coming late to classes will be marked absent.
• Student must strictly observe the term work completion schedule. Marks will be deducted for late completion of term work.
• No student is allowed to display any notices/circulars/posters/banners in the college premises without the prior permission of the Principal.
• Student must maintain silence & strict discipline within & outside classroom, workshop, library, laboratories & at all other areas of campus.
• Any act on part of student causing damages to cleanliness of any part of campus will be charged with heavy fine.
• Indecent and rude behavior with any employee of polytechnic will be viewed seriously.
• No students will be allowed to conduct any kind of political activities in the college premises.
• Religious festival like Holi, Dahi Handi, etc will not be permitted in college campus.
• Students must take care of all their belongings like calculator, vehicles, instruments etc. the polytechnic will not be responsible for any loss.
• Any material given to students during practical shall be property of polytechnic.
• E-library ,Computer and internet facility can be used after college timing and with proper permission
• Student shall handle all laboratory instruments & equipment’s with due care. Any loss/damages caused to institute property by students will be recovered from students.
• Students must read notices displayed on notice board of institute.
• If, for any reason continuance of a student in the college is found detrimental to the best interest of the college, the Principal may ask the student to leave the college without assigning any reason and the decision will be final and binding to the student
• Ragging is strictly prohibited
