As per NEP 2020 , The MSBTE has introduced the k-scheme for Diploma Courses. The scheme has a revised k-scheme Syllabus that is more industry-oriented and aligned with the latest trends in technology. The k-scheme Syllabus has a total of 6 semesters. K Scheme syllabus is based on Outcome Based Education and Academic credit point system. In K scheme there is facility of Multiple entry and multiple exit . If any student want to exit diploma ,after first year he get certificate of vocation ,after second year Diploma in Vocation and after third year Diploma in Engineering. In k Scheme there is inclusion of Yoga Health and wellness subject.
